This kit provides most of the materials required to construct the Minimum Theremin, a simple pitch-only instrument. It is a perfect "first theremin" project for those who want to learn basic theremin principles, while enjoying the experience of building an electronics project.
The Minimum Theremin was first introduced on "Art's Theremin Page" in 1999. Since then, hundreds of them have been built world-over. By popular demand, this kit is now being offered by Harrison Instruments to make constructing one easy. Complete assembly instructions are included on this website.
Constructing the Minimum Theremin Kit requires soldering components and wires to a printed circuit board. We recommend this kit for builders age 15 and older who have had previous soldering experience and are familiar with electronic components and basic assembly tools.
The Minimum Theremin Kit does not include tools, solder, an enclosure, or antenna. These items must be supplied by the user.

The parts furnished in the "Minimum Theremin Kit," hereinafter refered to as the "product," are subjected to test before shipment, and are verified to be 100 per-cent functional for the intended application. HARRISON INSTRUMENTS, INCORPORATED ("Harrison Instruments") PROVIDES NO WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT. Harrison Instruments shall not be held responsible if this product has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper maintenance, improper assembly by the user, improper installation in a completed device, or other causes.
Harrison Instruments' liability to the purchaser from any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action, including negligence, is limited to the the amount of the original purchase price of the product. Harrison Instruments does not assume liability for personal injury or property damage arising out of or caused by any or all alterations or attachments to this product, nor does Harrison Instruments assume any responsibility for damage to interconnected non-Harrison Instruments products that may result from the use of Harrison Instruments products.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HARRISON INSTRUMENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST
